Food: The Organic Gourmet's "test kitchen"

Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with Leslie Cerier: The Organic Gourmet, on many projects. The latest being a food shoot for Nutiva Naturals. Leslie developed these recipes for Nutiva to introduce folks to their organic red palm oil.  From Polenta with Kale & Cheddar to Cilantro Hempseed Dressing...Here is a little sampling from Leslie’s “test kitchen”...
